Refrigerated/frozen items in the shopping cart are packed in dry ice and Styrofoam boxes. (However, in the case of refrigerated food, Styrofoam box packaging may not be available.)
Due to the nature of dry ice, it may not be possible to check the dry ice when you receive the product due to the nature of vaporization.
It is not possible to compensate for defrosting or damage to refrigerated/frozen products caused by the delivery company’s mistake ( delivery delay/damage during delivery, etc. ) or customer’s negligence (wrong address, etc. ).
Vegetables are airtight and sensitive to temperature changes, so when you receive the product, it may be different from the state at the time of shipment. (Even if vegetables were shipped on the same day and received the next day, they may deteriorate.) In the past, we helped compensate for all vegetables at the service level, but due to a change in the refund policy, vegetables are not refundable.
Ordering is possible. However, in the case of overseas delivery, it is not recommended to purchase vegetables, especially in areas where delivery takes more than 2 to 3 days.
The packaging of Mother’s Love Multigrains is purchased in Korea and Germany as needed, so the product image may differ from the packaging. This is not an incorrectly shipped product.
If the packaging is damaged but there is no problem with eating, a portion of the product price will be accumulated as points.
In case of missing products, please contact us via the shopping cart consultation email info@kwarenkorb.com with your order number, the name of the missing product, your bank account or PayPal account, or your preferred refund method among points.
The refund period may vary depending on the refund method. Credit card payments may take 7 business days, and deposit refunds may take more than a week due to accounting issues. PayPal refunds can be processed immediately upon reading the refund email.

Invoice request can be issued only when you contact us separately through consultation email (info@kwarenkorb.com). Please send us the order number you want to invoice with and the e-mail address to receive it.
You can enter the points you want to use in the Apply Loyalty Apply section of the payment window.

In order to identify the cause of the problem in the system, please attach a screenshot of the problem screen to the customer service section of the customer center at the top right of the site and we will check it.
If you wish to return the item, please contact us at info@kwarenkorb.com and we will attach an invoice that can be returned to the company after confirming the reason for the return. If you print it and send it to UPS, you can return it at no cost.
Delivery times vary by country, but average delivery dates are as follows:
Average delivery time of 3 days or more Regions:
Sweden, Finland, Latvia, Ireland, Portugal, etc.
Average delivery date 2-3 days Region: Italy, France, Netherlands, Belgium, etc.
You can check the exact delivery time through the delivery tracking link you receive after placing your order.
Shipping days vary depending on the shipping country. Areas that take more than 3 days on average are shipped only on Mondays and Tuesdays.
The average delivery date is 2-3 days, and the area is shipped only on Monday-Wednesday. Delivery to Germany is done Monday-Thursday.
If a weekend is included in the delivery period, the delivery day is set due to concerns about damage to refrigerated/frozen food.
(Even for overseas delivery, if you order only dry food without refrigerated/frozen food, it can be shipped Monday through Thursday.)
If you select the UPS EXPRESS saver shipping option when ordering, an additional charge will be incurred and we will help you with fast delivery so that you can receive it the next day after shipping.
When the product is shipped, a notification email is sent automatically at the same time as the product is shipped.
You can check the shipping tracking and estimated delivery date via email.
If you do not receive the email, please contact us at info@kwarenkoreb.com for guidance.
If the address is incorrectly entered and there is no name of the recipient entered at the time of ordering on the doorbell of the delivery address,
It can be modified if you contact info@kwarenkorb.com promptly before sending the product, but it is not possible to modify the product that has already been shipped.
(Refunds and reshipments may not be possible if the courier is returned or the delivery product is deteriorated due to the customer’s negligence.)
If the doorbell bell name is different, the courier driver may return the product with an error in entering the address or recipient.
Be sure to enter the recipient’s name and bell name exactly the same.
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, you need to quickly check the status through delivery tracking.
Next business day delivery is also possible, and items can be left at a UPS Access Point near the delivery address.
